Terms of Use

MorganMatch.ai (the "Platform") is operated by MorganMatch Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17329702), with a registered office at Standon House, 21 Mansell Street, London, E1 8AA ("MorganMatch", "we", "us" or "our").

MorganMatch is an associated company of Morgan Hunt UK Limited ("Morgan Hunt"), whose consultants and placement expertise support the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you go on to create a candidate or client account, our Candidate Terms or Client Platform Terms (as applicable) also apply. Where those terms specifically cover a matter, they take precedence over these Terms of Use in the event of any conflict.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain how we handle personal data and cookies, and form part of your use of the Platform.

The Platform is currently in private beta. Features, availability, and the scope of the services — including which parts of the candidate journey are live — may change without notice. Client access is currently invitation-only.

You agree not to:

• use any automated tool, script, bot or scraper to extract data from the Platform;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the underlying matching models or source code;
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation;
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or create fake, duplicate or misleading profiles or accounts;
• use the Platform to build or contribute to a competing candidate database or matching service, or use any Platform output to train or improve a competing product, service or AI model;
• share, publish or disclose Platform outputs, match scores, rankings or insights publicly or to any third party without our prior written consent;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account or visitor we reasonably believe to be in breach of this section, without liability to you.

The Platform uses AI and machine-learning technology, including via our technology partner Quake, to generate matches, shortlists, match scores and other outputs. These are provided for informational and matching purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any AI-generated output, and nothing on the Platform constitutes a guarantee of an interview, introduction or job offer.

Matching activity carried out by the Platform is pre-screening only. It does not confirm that vetting or compliance checks have been completed.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform — including its design, matching technology, trade marks and content — belong to MorganMatch or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our written consent.

The Platform's matching and candidate-intelligence functionality is powered by Quake, a third-party AI recruitment technology provider. Your use of the Platform is also subject to any applicable Quake terms made available to you.

The Platform may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

We will use reasonable care and skill in operating the Platform, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies arising from the AI technology involved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via the Platform. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
